PolarCool Return Policy
All return requests for PolarCool products should be submitted in the online form on this page. Please note the types of returns below and the policy for each. Once the form is submitted a PolarCool Customer Service Representative will follow up with you. Only purchases made directly from PolarCool are eligible for returns all others must go through the dealer or company in which the product was purchased.
Types of Returns
Warranty Returns – Warranty items will be assigned an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number and an address to send the part to the factory for review (RGA Number must be printed in large lettering on package). Customer will be responsible for shipping the replacement part back to the factory. Once the part is received by the factory and confirmed a warranty item, a replacement will promptly be shipped out.
a. For faster replacements we encourage you to purchase a replacement part while returning your warranty item. Upon review you will be credited for your purchase.
Standard Returns – Standards returns are subject to a 35% restock fee and shipping cost to return the product. Our product crating is substantial and necessary to ship the units across the U.S. without damage. We require that if opened the crating should be reconstructed to its original form. If the unit returns damaged the return may be refused. Standard returns will be assigned an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number and an address to send the part to the factory for review (RGA Number must be printed in large lettering on package).
